Health and Wellness Plans

Medical Insurance

Three diverse plan options: HMO, POS and HDHP. No need to select a primary care physician or request a referral to see a specialist. Paid by: RMI and Employee Eligibility: Full time employees who work at least 30 hours per week beginning the 1st of the month following their start date, with the exception of Grade II employees. Also includes 10k free AD&D policy as well as a free vision rider. Symetra mini medical option available to Part time employees and Rehab Tech I class.

Prescription Insurance

 

Dental Insurance

Plan covers 100% for all Class I treatments (cleaning, x-rays, etc), up to 80% for basic procedures and up to 50% for major services in-network with out-of-network services avail.. Paid by: RMI and Employee. Eligibility: Full time and Part time employees beginning the 1st of the month following their start date.

Vision Plan

In addition to the two policy riders to the Medical and Dental Insurance programs, we have two stand alone vision plan options. Eye exams and discounted vision products included. Paid by: Employee. Eligibility: Full time employees who work at least 30 hours per week beginning the 1st of the month following their start date.

Long Term Disability Insurance

Paid by: RMI Eligibility: Full time employees who work at least 30 hours per week beginning the 1st of the month following their start date.

Worker’s Compensation

Paid by: RMI Eligibility: All employees

Unemployment Insurance

Paid by: RMI Eligibility: All employees who are eligible in accordance with applicable state laws

Life Insurance and AD&D

Paid by: RMI Eligibility: Full time employees who work at least 30 hours per week beginning the 1st of the month following their start date.

Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance And AD&D

Eligibility: Full time employees working at least 30 hours a week beginning the 1st of the month following their date of hire.

Professional Liability Insurance

Provides for $1,000,000 per incident malpractice/liability insurance for all therapists. Paid by: RMI Eligibility: All Therapists and Assistant Therapists.

Employee Assistance Program

Through McLaughlin Young, provides employees and their families with a professional source of confidential assessment and referral for personal/family issues. 100% confidential. Paid by: RMI Eligibility: All employees

Pre-paid Legal and ID Theft Insurance

Paid by: Employee Eligibility: All Part-Time and Full-Time employees.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account

Paid by: Employee Eligibility: Full time employees who work at least 30 hours per week beginning the 1st of the month following their start date. Employee will receive a debit card that may be used at the doctors office, over-the-counter providers, pharmacy, or your child’s daycare facility (dep. Care FSA), etc.

Retirement and Savings Programs

Tax Deferred Retirement Account (401k)

RMI will match up to 33% of employees first 6% contribution (2% match) on a graduated vesting schedule with full vestment after six years of employment. Eligibility: All employees who work at least 1000 hours in the year and are 21 years of age and were employed on the last day of the calendar year.

College Savings Plan

Administered through American Funds. Contribute $20-$1000 a month, pre-tax. May be used for undergraduate, graduate school, community college, technical and professional training, tuition, fees, room and board, books and supplies, among many other things. Employee can save for anyone, incl. child, grandchild, niece, friend, etc.

CEU Funding

RMI provides funding for Employees to participate in continuing education courses. The amount of this benefit is based on the number of hours an employee works per week and job title. Eligibility: All Employees, 90 day eligibility period.

New Graduate Program

RMI provides 24 months of mentoring/coaching, goals setting, and growth planning for all therapist with less than 2 years of experience. Eligibility: All new graduate therapists and assistant therapists.

Books, CD’s and Tapes contain info. on Coaching, Retention, Retention Engagement, Mentoring, Counseling, Performance Evaluations, Therapy Topics and more!

Professional Dues/Annual Licensure

Employee will receive $100 annually to be used to pay their annual association dues or to renew their licensure. Eligibility: All full time clinical employees after one year of employment

RMI awards 10 international trips each year at the Annual Holiday Party in recognition of Employee of the Year, Therapist of the Year, Assistant of the Year, Home Office Employee of the Year, Best Attitude of the Year, Best Team of the Year, Best Case Study of the Year, etc. Eligibility: All full and part time employees

Employee of the Month and Year Awards

Every month, an Employee of the Month is chosen by the Executive Management Team for efforts above and beyond their job scope. Employees of the Month are awarded $100 and a golden pin and are then eligible to be named Employee of the Year. Employee of the Year also wins $1000. Eligibility: All full time and part time employees.

Employee Referral Program

Employees can earn up to $1,500 for each full time hire.
