President & CEO
Founder and sole owner of Rehab Management, Inc. since 1984, Ms. Hardy continues even today to be an innovator in the rehabilitation industry. A Bachelor of Science graduate of Physical Therapy from Medical College of Virginia (MCV) of Richmond, Ms. Hardy had worked as a staff therapist to Director of Therapy at Southside Community Hospital. In 1984, following her employment with Southside Community Hospital, she decided to form her own company: Rehab Management, Inc. Her most proud accomplishment is that Rehab Management, Inc. has not gone through any major changes during its 20-year history. The company has consistently maintained its quality, customer, patient and employee focus in an industry of change.

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Botens is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a BS in Business Administration, and a major in Accounting and has also earned his CPA. Mr. Botens has worked in several financial capacities as an Auditor Manager for 9 years with Ernst & Young. Mr. Botens worked as Chief Financial Officer over a 15 year time span with two California public based companies—Datatron, Inc. and Acme General Corporation, which had well over 600 employees and $65 million dollars in annualized revenues. In 1987 Mr. Botens was a Partner in a financial and managerial consulting firm serving clients with up to a billion dollars in annualized revenues. Mr. Botens has been the Chief Financial Officer of Rehab Management, Inc. since 1992, and has also been very active within the National Association of Rehabilitation Agencies, serving as Vice President, Treasurer, and Board-member.

VP Administration
Ms. Robertson was an English major at Ferrum College, located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Ms. Robertson obtained her Senior Professional Human Resources Certification and is currently seeking an advanced degree in HR Management, Law and Technology. Ms. Robertson has over 20 years experience leading departments who have added value by solidifying first impressions of extraordinary organizations that are well respected in the industry; providing partnerships for growth and knowledge sharing that result in operational excellence; and attracting and retaining quality professionals. Her expertise encompasses many industries including long-term care, outpatient rehab, school system therapy, International marketing, and career and vocational education. Ms Robertson was the VP of Human Resources with Rehab Management from March of 1998 through March 2006 and is currently the Vice President of Administration overseeing the operations of Rehab Management.

Director of Professional Services
Ms. Presby holds a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Along with her duties as Director of Professional Services, Megan also serves as a Regional Clinical Manager, managing 16 facilities throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. In addition to acting as an area manager for a large outpatient practice in Cleveland, Ohio and as Clinical Specialist Supervisor for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, she underwent extensive training at Excel Rehabilitation, Indianapolis, and through the APTA, to become a specialist in women's health issues. Over the past 2 years, she has helped instruct several courses relating to incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, pre and post-partum pain, and lymphedema.
