Attended Virginia Commonwealth University for Business Management. Manager with strong background in leadership and upper level management positions with emphasis on marketing and Contribution to bottom line. Shirt sleeve experience in personnel planning, analysis, problem solving and organizational development. Extensive experience in contract negotiation, personnel and program management and administration, and customer service and support. Demonstrated ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously. Accustomed to having responsibility and authority for decision making, meeting deadlines and being held accountable. Ken joined RMI in October 2008. Prior to his promotion as Business Development Manager, he acted as Senior Recruiter handling multiple regions and leading a team of staffing specialists. Ken has been instrumental in multiple projects and his tenacious approach to quality makes him a great leader. Ken has been awarded Employee of the Month on several occasions as well as Employee of the year for the entire company in 2010. He received these awards as a result of his passion and contribution not only to the bottom line but a team driven environment.
