    Founder and principal owner of Rehab Management, Inc., Ms. Vaniene Hardy is an innovator in the rehabilitation industry. She began as a staff therapist at Southside Community Hospital after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia (MCV) in Richmond, VA. In 1984, after her successful tenure as Director of Therapy at Southside Community Hospital, she decided to form her own company, Rehab Management, Inc. Twenty six years later and tens of thousands of lives touched; she is the visionary who leads RMI with passion and has a commitment to the residents, clients and employees we serve.  One of her proudest accomplishments is the fact that in its 25-year history, RMI has weathered many industry storms, adapted to change, and thrived. A truly unparalleled achievement.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    As Chief Financial Officer of Rehab Management, Inc. since 1992, Mr. Ted Botens has lead a team of financially savvy professionals and served as a consultant to our customers on all matters related to the financial and reimbursement aspects of running long term care facilities during a constantly challenging environment in the rehab industry.  Ted is a CPA and graduate of the University of California in Los Angeles where he earned a BS in Business Administration with a major in accounting.  Prior to coming to RMI, he lead financial operations as a managing auditor with Earnest & Young, chief financial officer for two California public based companies and was a partner in a financial and managerial consulting firm serving clients with up to a billion dollars in annualized revenues. He is an integral part of the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies' executive leadership board, currently serving as Treasurer and previous Vice President.

  • Chief Administrative Officer

    As the Chief Administrative Officer of Rehab Management Inc. since 1998, Ms. Denise Robertson, a University of Richmond alumnus, is the driving force for maintaining the Company's stellar reputation for customer service.  With over 20 years of senior human resources and marketing management experience combined with the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute, her ability to lead dynamic, effective teams who strive for both personal and professional excellence ensures our clients receive extraordinary services.  She is a member of RMI's Executive Board and whether creating workable solutions for today's long term care challenges or promoting career and vocational growth among staff, Denise serves as an advocate for both the RMI employees and clients. In addition, Denise spearheads RMI's human resources, international recruiting, new business development and marketing divisions and serves as the corporate compliance officer. She is currently attending the Virginia Commonwealth University's Executive MBA program and was a recent national speaker at the National Association for Rehab Provider's annual meeting as a lecturer on Healthcare Reform.

  • Vice President of Professional Services

    As the Vice President of Professional Services for Rehab Management Inc., Mr. Mark McDavid is committed to promoting a people-centered culture of respect, responsibility and open communication, which leads to excellent staff retention in a competitive marketplace. He is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, with a major in Occupational Therapy.  He has also completed Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) certification from the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC).   Early in his career he gained experience working in various patient-care settings and has spent the last six years specializing in therapy management related to long term care, home health and outpatient services.  As a Regional Director, Mark increased program growth and development, compliance with federal regulations, and helped lead teams in the transition from paper to online billing and documentation.   He leads our clinicians to produce the extraordinary outcomes with each of our residents.

  • Controller

    As the Controller of RMI, Mr. Robert Weber is responsible for the financial aspects of managing a long term care rehab company in the challenging Medicare environment. He is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a double major in accounting and computer science. He became a CPA while working for a national public accounting firm and held key financial/management positions for several different companies in the industries of health care, manufacturing, and retail/wholesale consumer products. With over 25 years of finance and management operations experience, Robert has lead multiple business functions in the areas of finance, operations, manufacturing, product management, information technology, and customer service. Robert is a proven leader who believes in giving employees ownership of their work and inspiring them to focus on the needs of the customer.
